ABOUT ME
Growing up on an island off Seattle in a household of artists, I was exposed to the weird, wonderful world of creatives early on. There was a trapeze in my living room, homemade masks on the walls, and a music studio in place of an office.
I’ve always been fascinated by the ways that aesthetics shape perception, and my parents encouraged all of my creative impulses — from repainting my room every year to fabric painting my shirt before third grade picture day.
While I did eventually accept that walls could stay one color, I never kicked my love of making art. My creative outlets today include fashion, photography, jewelry making, crafting, and — of course — art direction.
